World Weather Research Programme
19 April 2026 | ZEROGeoengineering.com | Despite the lack of public consent, unelected international bodies and private entities direct policies behind atmospheric experimentation. The World Meteorological Organization (WMO), part of the United Nations (UN), has significant influence in coordinating global weather research activities, but it is not an elected body. The WMO includes 193 member nations collaborating and advancing global weather experiments toward the goal of implementing UN Agenda 21/2030. Contrary to claims made by the current administration, the U.S. is still funding the UN.
The United Nations (UN) World Meteorological Organization (WMO) international programme for promoting and advancing “weather research activities” is called The World Weather Research Programme (WWRP). International coordination and deployment of shared global data infrastructure or weather “observing systems,“ are backbone infrastructure of the weather research plan outlined below, and together comprise an overarching global control grid.

Telecommunications, NEXRAD, satellites, instruments, and devices integrate this network connecting the internet of bodies (IoB) and beyond. Also known as the global wireless prison, The System provides 24/7 unwarranted surveillance and data collection capabilities – including the potential to harvest neural data. (See S. 2925, The MIND Act at the end of this post).
WMO Governance Research Programmes – World Weather Research Programme:
“…Improvements in science and operational predictions are driven by international cooperation, and in turn international cooperation in weather science is a unique opportunity to drive sustainable development. As the science is advancing, critical questions are arising such as: the potential sources of predictability on weekly, monthly and longer time-scales; seamless prediction from minutes to months; optimal use of local and global observing systems and the effective utilization of supercomputers….”

The Global Atmosphere Watch (GAW) Programme focuses on variability and trends in the composition of the global atmosphere and the related physical parameters. The Implementation Plan of the programme builds upon the growing importance of atmospheric composition observations and predictions and focuses on research that enables a wide variety of Products and Services related to atmospheric composition. GAW focal areas include stratospheric ozone and solar UV Radiation, reactive gases, greenhouse gases, aerosols and total atmospheric deposition.

The World Climate Research Programme (WCRP) is taking the lead in ensuring that the global, regional and national climate research communities create the enduring, rigorous and scientific foundation required to meet the urgent demand for robust and useful regional climate information. WCRP is pursuing – through international coordination – frontier scientific questions related to the coupled climate system that are too large and too complex to be tackled by a single nation, agency, institution, or scientific discipline.

The System This important initiative, envisioned in the Commission for Hydrology and now overseen by the WMO Hydrological Assembly, has been approved by WMO Congress (see Resolution 25 of Cg-18) and intends to provide an operational system capable of assessing the current hydrological status and its likely near-future outlook (sub-seasonal to seasonal time frames) for all areas of the globe. The System will be delivered by National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs), offering simple, accessible hydrological information to users such as government bodies, basin managers, funding institutions, aid agencies, UN bodies, and the general public.

Regarding the threat to neural data, civil liberties, and national security, see text below from S. 2925, The MIND Act:
“vertical corporate integration of neurotechnology, artificial intelligence systems, wear able devices, digital platforms, and global data infrastructure may create interconnected systems with insufficient transparency, accountability, or user control regarding the use of such data;”

United Nations Agenda 21/2030 is “the blueprint, the action plan, to inventory and control all land, all water, all minerals, all plants, all animals, all means of production, all construction, all energy, all education, all information, and all human beings in the world.” -2013 Rosa Koire
