FY2027 EPA Budget: $0 for Clean Air & Atmospheric Protection

Priorities in EPA’s FY 2027 $4.203 BILLION dollar budget include:
- AI Data Center Expansion
- Clean Air Allowance Trading Programs
- Clean Air Status and Trends Network (CASTNET)
- Air and Energy Research
- Stratospheric Ozone Domestic Programs
- Accelerating Approvals for Pesticides
- Public-private partnerships, cooperative federalism, and international partnerships
NOTE: CASTNET is a monitoring system and SOURCE of wireless radiation pollution. Wireless radiation pollution is utilized as a tool for global weather observation / monitoring (aka surveillance) and weather research experimentation activities. [4][5]
Harmful impacts of wireless radiation pollution [6][7] continuously being emitted by observational infrastructure (satellites, telecommunication networks, NEXRAD) need to be factored into the “weather research and forecasting” equation, in addition to the decades of weather and climate modification experiments. [8] The Federal Communications Commission (FCC), another captured federal agency, [9] holds regulatory jurisdiction over radiofrequency microwave (RF/MW) radiation from wireless technologies. Current guidelines set in the 1990’s are obsolete, non-protective of health and environment, and must be updated. [10][11][12][13][14][15][16]

“The data can be used to assess local or regional impacts from anthropogenic or natural emissions sources, support research, or provide accountability for regulatory actions.”
