FAA Aviation Weather Division
16 September 2026 | ZEROGeoengineering.com | Affiliations matter | The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is an ICAMS (Interagency Council for Advancing Meteorological Services) weather research agency partner, affiliated with international organizations including United Nations (UN) agencies such as the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Just as United Nations (UN) World Health Organization (WHO) Member Nations followed identical COVID-19 policies, UN World Meteorological Organization (WMO) Member Nations are collaborating on weather research experimentation via the global weather enterprise toward the advancement of the UN global governance agenda. UN Member Nations are following policies and standards established by unelected boards and commissions at the UN. This is problematic for many reasons, including the fact that the development of policies created by unelected entities at the UN is far outside the context of the USA Constitutional Republic and legitimate representative government that is based on the consent of the governed.
The FAA presentation below outlines activities with Friends & Partners in Aviation Weather (FPAW) that include conducting weather research and weather engineering. Collaboration partners include Airline, commercial weather providers, National labs, universities, private industry, and ICAMS weather research agencies – National Weather Service (NWS), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Department of Defense (DOD), and the Department of Energy (DOE). Activities involve dual-use systems of interoperable ground-based, airborne, and space-based infrastructure that includes aircraft, drones, satellites, telecommunications, and weather radar or NEXRAD facilities, providing the platform for total global surveillance and control.
