Egyptian Global Climate Engineering Proposal
25 April 2026 | ZEROGeoengineering.com | Re: Geoengineering governance matters | “The Planetary Restoration Revolution: From the Legacy of the Pharaohs to Engineering the Global Climate Future,” by Egypt the Dream Foundation for Development and Innovation (EDFDI), is a climate engineering strategy plan that was submitted to the Secretariat of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). According to the author of the paper, Eng. Mohamed Ibrahim Haggag, “This comprehensive document is a detailed engineering, economic, and developmental roadmap designed to transition global climate action from diplomatic discussions into technical sovereignty and tangible, on-the-ground implementation.”
The proposal, based on the disproven concept of a global temperature, asserts that planetary engineers “bear the responsibility to restore the health of the Earth through science and innovation.” Further, that the governance would include United Nations, AI, Unified Global Projects, UN Climate Finance, carbon credits, and “reliance on applied physics and heavy field engineering as the legitimate tools to return the atmosphere to safe levels, bypassing theoretical paper-based diplomacy.”

“Governance of Science and Deep Tech: Exclusive reliance on applied physics and heavy field engineering as the legitimate tools to return the atmosphere to safe levels, bypassing theoretical paper-based diplomacy.”

“An integrated pioneering planetary infrastructure…”

“…to gather light and direct it to a “concave lens” that converts it into a parallel laser beam transmitted wirelessly to Earth.”

Space Light, The Artery, and The Planet’s Lungs Project (The Integrated Tri Planetary System)

“The Planet’s Lungs (Climate Purification): A fleet of helium airships deployed in the atmosphere to suck greenhouse gases via deep cryogenic separation technology (-80°C).”
