Drought Mystery
3 June 2026 | ZEROGeoengineering.com | According to recent reporting, [1][2] researchers [3] funded by Arizona State University, NASA, and World Bank Global Water Monitoring do not understand why the Earth appears to be drying at an unprecedented rate for the past few decades. The article below suggests that “urgent action is required to prepare for major impacts” [3] stating: ““Continental drying” is having profound global impacts. Since 2002, 75% of the population lives in 101 countries that have been losing freshwater water.”

FACT: Weather engineering pollution is not included [4] in any climate accounting. For example:
- The consequences of 75+ years of weather and climate modification experimentation [5] including atmospheric AEROSOL dispersion and cloud seeding activities.
- Pulsed, data-modulated Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Microwave RADIATION (RF-EMR) pollution is continuously emitted by the global weather observing system.
Observational facilities including satellites, wireless communications systems (5G/6G), and NEXRAD are globally harmonized infrastructures, coordinated within the United Nations (UN) World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and the UN International Telecommunications Union (ITU). This capability of observation (aka surveillance) via microwave RADIATION (pollution) enables data collection and unwarranted monitoring of everyone and everything on Earth, all the time.

Within the weather experimentation apparatus, electromagnetic radiation and microwaves are being used as tools for observation (aka/monitoring or surveillance), illustrated in the patent below. Pulsed, data-modulated Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Microwave RADIATION (RF-EMR) is a hazardous physical agent and an uninsurable pollutant, that can be used for weather engineering, experimentation, communications, surveillance, mind control, and as weaponry.
FACT: Microwaves are absorbed by water resulting in temperature rise, evaporation and reduced moisture level.

Accounting of Federal Weather Enterprise Pollution Footprint Needed
The global observing system is the backbone of weather monitoring, consisting of satellites, wireless communication networks, NEXRAD, interoperable instruments, and wireless devices.
According to NOAA’s FY2027 Budget Estimate, the telecommunications system is the “cornerstone” of National Weather Service (NWS) field operations. [6]

The NEXRAD (Next Generation Weather Radar) system is a tri-agency federal system jointly managed by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (within the Department of Commerce, via the National Weather Service), the United States Air Force (Department of Defense), and the Federal Aviation Administration (Department of Transportation). Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Microwave RADIATION (RF-EMR) is continuously emitted by NEXRAD facilities.

The facilities shown above are part of an overarching international network of infrastructural globalism.
The Global Climate Observing System (GCOS) is co-sponsored by the UN World Meteorological Organization (WMO), Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission (IOC)-United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), and the International Science Council (ISC). GCOS is supported by the European Union.

Global Telecommunications System (GTS) is “The coordinated global system of telecommunication facilities and arrangements for the rapid collection, exchange and distribution of observations and processed information within the framework of the World Weather Watch.”
