“Aviation Induced Cloudiness”
25 June 2026 | ZEROGeoengineering.com | The following 2024 Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) PowerPoint Presentation documents aviation emission experiments examining persistent jet contrails. Authors acknowledge the ability to confidently predict regions where polluting aircraft emissions would persist. Therefore, the release of polluting emissions and aviation-induced cloudiness is a deliberate decision. This raises important legal and ethical questions. See full document in the links below.

…make operational decisions about whether to avoid (or not) forming the contrail in the first place.

FAA , Department of Energy, NASA, NOAA, and DOD are partner agencies in ICAMS (The Interagency Council for Advancing Meteorological Services), collaborating in weather research experimentation. ICAMS was established in 2017 during the Trump administration via the Weather Research and Forecasting Innovation Act of 2017 (Public Law No. 115-25, Title IV, sec. 402, 15 U.S.C. § 8542).
