Fourth of July Texas Flood
7 July 2025 | ZeroGeoengineering.com | Our thoughts are with those affected by the disastrous flooding that occurred in Kerr County, Texas on July 4th. Rescue efforts are still underway where nearly 100 people have died in the terrible tragedy.
Texas is one of twenty-eight USA States (including Washington, D.C.) with policies that allow weather modification.

Cloud seeding is only one aspect of weather manipulation. Other components of weather control and observation include networks of communications systems (4G-5G-6G-NEXTG-AI), satellites, NEXRAD, and interoperable instruments and facilities. Researcher Stefan Burns discusses several aspects of weather modification in the following presentation:
Geophysicist Stefan Burns discusses NEXRAD operations that impact weather systems and also are microwaving the entire lower atmosphere when microwave radiation bounces off cloud systems and back to Earth.
