February 6, 2024 | Zero Geoengineering | The Weather Modification Act Introduced in Illinois – prohibiting all forms of weather modification; updated Senate Amendment #1 to SB 3095 filed March 7, 2024:
The Weather Modification Act. Provides that any form of weather modification shall not be allowed in the State, including the seeding of clouds by plane or ground. Defines "seeding" as a type ofweather modification that aims to change the amount or type of precipitation that falls from clouds. Effective immediately.
