SB1264 Introduced in Pennsylvania Prohibiting Solar Radiation Modification
June 20, 2024 | ZeroGeoengineering.com | Senate Bill 1264, The Clean Air Preservation Act, was introduced today by Senator Mastriano and cosponsored by Senator Dush.
Pennsylvania joins ten other USA states this year introducing environmental preservation legislation addressing the hazardous pollution generated by geoengineering. The other states are New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Illinois, South Carolina, South Dakota, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, and Ohio. In April, Tennessee became the first state to pass legislation.
PA SB1264 The Clean Air Preservation Act – “Prohibiting solar radiation modification, cloud seeding and polluting atmospheric activity within this Commonwealth; imposing duties on the Pennsylvania State Police and sheriffs; and imposing penalties.”
