Weather Control Policy in U.S. States
July 20, 2023 | ZeroGeoengineering.com | Weather modification to alter Earth’s weather and climate involves the deliberate polluting of our atmosphere and environment with hazardous emissions. The United States has a long history of weather control programs at the federal and state level.
Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia provide precedent from the 1960’s for prohibiting and preventing cloud seeding and weather modification activities. These kinds of policies could be reenacted at the state and national level today.
The Atmosphere Protection Act was introduced in Rhode Island in 2023 to prohibit deliberate polluting activities in the atmosphere and at ground level.
Many U.S. States have policies allowing for weather and climate manipulation.
