Report Outlines SAI Harms to Human Health and Ecosystems
August 2, 2023 | Zerogeoengineering.com |2022 report Stratospheric aerosol injection [SAI] may impact global systems and human health outcomes, acknowledges that SAI can cause harm to public health and global ecosystems. The document states that the programs “may disrupt global environmental systems, potentially impacting water quality, agriculture, and zoonotic infection.”

In a 2013 geoengineering debate, Harvard professor David Keith stated,
“This is a really important moral point. So, if I made a decision or if there was a collective decision to do a geoengineering program, and you put say, the kind of program I think that makes more sense is what about a million tons a year [of sulfur dioxide], let’s say, you might end up killing many tens of thousands of people a year as a direct result of that decision…”

The idea of SAI is not new. A similar global warming hypothesis was explained in a 1975 DARPA report entitled, Soviet Developments in Weather Modification, Climate Modification and Climatology.
This report describes a “…method of moderating planetary warming trends by temporarily increasing the concentration of sulfate aerosol particles in the lower stratosphere and thereby reducing global radiation.”
Additionally, the 1968 report on How to Wreck the Environment, also described the use of weather and climate modification as an effective form of environmental warfare to be waged covertly over many decades.
