According to former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s 2007 Optimizing Cloud Seeding report, “Operational weather modification (cloud seeding) has been conducted in California since the early 1950s—one of the longest records of seeding in the world”.
The report describes the history of cloud seeding as well as ongoing operations in which toxic agents are deliberately released by aircraft and ground-based generators, including silver iodide (AgI) and solid dry ice (CO2).
AgI is classified as an environmental hazard that is also a combustible agent, according to PubChem.
CO2, solid dry ice is not to be confused with air exhaled by humans. Solid dry ice is registered for pesticide use and also used for cloud seeding.
Cloud seeding involves the intentional release of hazardous emissions that are “very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.”
This war on the environment has apparently been waged by the California state legislature and California governors since 1951.
Through the Department of Water Resources, California weather modification and cloud seeding has continued without public consent, oversight or safety regulations to protect the environment, wildlife and human health.
Years of fires, drought, tree death, floods, and harm to wildlife and human health from exposure to toxic cloud seeding chemicals has been attributed to “climate change” without ever acknowledging the actual cause: intentional modification of the weather and climate.
Weather modification operations, cloud seeding, and other activities involving the intentional release of hazardous emissions need to end immediately in California and worldwide.
