DARPA, Smart Dust, and Rogue Geoengineering
December 7, 2023 | Zerogeoengineering.com | DARPA has been at the forefront of military research for decades. For example, the “method of moderating planetary warming trends by temporarily increasing the concentration of sulfate aerosol particles in the lower stratosphere” was discussed in DARPA’s 1975 report, SOVIET DEVELOPMENTS IN WEATHER MODIFICATION, CLIMATE MODIFICATION AND CLIMATOLOGY.
Weather and climate modification, rebranded as SAI geoengineering or solar radiation modification (SRM) continues to be promoted by governments, grant-dependent academics and military intelligence agencies as if this form of environmental warfare is new.
“Smart Dust” and remote sensing is another area of interest for military intelligence agencies.

“once the smart dust is distributed, it is essentially impossible to recover. In turn, corporations would have access to a multitude of sensors capable of gathering audio and/or visual data without the consent of those being monitored.” – p.108-109

DARPA’s assumption is that any attempt at unilateral geoengineering would use a technique called stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI). This would employ aircraft to disperse sulphuric acid, or its precursor sulphur dioxide, into the upper atmosphere, to form tiny sulphate particles that would reflect sunlight back into space.

Implantable “Neural Dust” Enables Precise Wireless Recording of Nerve Activity (darpa.mil)

“Neural dust represents a radical departure from the traditional approach of using radio waves for wireless communication with implanted devices,” said Doug Weber, the DARPA program manager for ElectRx. “The soft tissues of our body consist mostly of saltwater. Sound waves pass freely through these tissues and can be focused with pinpoint accuracy at nerve targets deep inside our body, while radio waves cannot. Indeed, this is why sonar is used to image objects in the ocean, while radar is used to detect objects in the air. By using ultrasound to communicate with the neural dust, the sensors can be made smaller and placed deeper inside the body, by needle injection or other non-surgical approaches.”
