2016 SRM paper discusses harm, technocracy, and informed consent
This paper acknowledges potential harm of Solar Radiation Management (SRM) and the possible role of public participation in the regulation of geoengineering global governance.
“Public participation is one of the five Oxford Principles which calls for the prior informed consent of those affected by the research activities.” p.6
Presently there is zero public participation, consent, or safety regulations for SRM.
Intentional contamination of the air (SRM) is not “governable” because polluting is not a democratic activity, it is environmental warfare. -ZG
