“Be it resolved that for the year 2021 the water users of Water District #63 authorize an amount not to exceed $125,000.00 for the operations and maintenance costs associated with cloud seeding services in the Boise River Basin for the 2020-2021 cloud seeding season that runs from November 1, 2020 to April 30, 2021.”
