California ‘climate strategies’ include weather modification or cloud seeding. There is a long history of cloud seeding in California specifically releasing silver iodide, which is extremely toxic to aquatic life and is also a combustable agent.
Texas, New Mexico, and Florida are examples of other states enabling the contaminating of Earth’s atmosphere via cloud seeding aerosols.
