"(a) IN GENERAL.—The Administrator shall continue development of the Plankton, Aerosol, Cloud, ocean Eco-system (PACE) mission to advance 2007 National Academies decadal survey priorities for systematic measurements on clouds and aerosols and global ocean color measurements that extend systematic data records for Earth system and climate science, including on the carbon cycle and ocean biogeochemistry."
