(7) “Weather modification” means any activity performed with the intention of producing artificial changes in the composition, motions and resulting behavior of the atmosphere, as provided under s. 93.35 (1) (c), Stats.
(8) “Weather modification apparatus” means any device used to dispense any chemical material with the intention of producing artificial changes in the composition, motions and resulting behavior of the atmosphere.
