ND’s Weather Modification aircraft project in South Korea is recognized

The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) presented North Dakota Trade Office (NDTO) Manager of Business Development Jiwon Kim with an award in Seoul, South Korea last month for facilitating a contract between KMA and Fargo-based Weather Modification International (WMI).
