Conclusion
Experiments in Australia have made it appear that cloud seeding with silver
iodide has considerable potential for modifying the rainfall. However, the effects
are not simple and early experiments appear to have been confused by effects
of seeding which persisted after the seeding stopped, and were sometimes
positive and sometimes negative.
