March, 2016: In the following project, the global weather modification phenomena will be described. First, the history of weather modification, from the first experiments in the 1940s to the modern hail suppression operations, is discussed. Then, it goes into the different techniques of altering the weather, where first, the basic physical concepts behind the formation and transformation of clouds is described. The explanation of the different methods of weather manipulation such as rain enhancement and hail suppression form the next part of the paper.
