Executive Summary

The goal of this project is to enhance snowfall from winter storms and increase the snowpack within the State of Nevada through the application of wintertime cloud-seeding technology. Two technological approaches are proposed with respect to wintertime cloud seeding: (1) ground-based silver iodide (AgI) generators, and (2) airborne cloud seeding.
